On 11th June 2025, UKBCCI Directors attended a special event at Chatham House featuring His Excellency Dr Muhammad Yunus, Chief Advisor of Bangladesh.
The “In Conversation” session was chaired by Bronwen Maddox, Director and Chief Executive of Chatham House. During the event, Professor Yunus addressed the key challenges and opportunities shaping Bangladesh’s future. He also shared his pioneering perspectives on poverty eradication, community empowerment through economic innovation, and the need to reimagine capitalism through social entrepreneurship.
The session offered valuable insights and inspired meaningful dialogue on how collaborative, socially-driven economic models can help create sustainable and inclusive growth, both in Bangladesh and globally.
